Realtor Promo
This service involves spending 1 hour on site with the client touring the home and providing verbal suggestions for each room as time permits. Additionally, the EED representative demonstrates one example of hands on staging (re-arranging a room, de-cluttering a mantle, etc) and provides an informational package that includes basic home staging guidelines.

Verbal Consultation
This service involves spending 1-2 hours on site with the client walking through the home room by room and verbally making suggestions on how to best showcase it. The client is responsible for documenting the meeting and executing the action items.

Consultation Report
This service involves spending 1-2 hours onsite with the client. The client gives a tour of the home to the EED representative, who will photograph each room and document detailed steps to be taken to best showcase the home. A professionally-bound report is presented to the client within 48 hours. The client is responsible for executing the action items.

Full-Scale Staging
This service involves spending up to 8 hours on site executing the action items outlined in the consultation report. Typical activities include: de-cluttering, re-arranging furniture, and packing items to be stored.

Vacant Property Staging
This service involves spending a minimum of 8 hours on site arranging rental furniture, artwork and accessories. EED selects rental items and arranges for the delivery of the items and pick up of items when the project is complete.

Professional Organizing
This service includes creating filing and storage systems for residential and business clients, organizing closets, cupboards, individual rooms, and preparing for relocation by sorting belongings and assisting with personal or professional up/downsizing.
